Our Group mission, for which we are on track, is to reach the Cradle To Cradle certification for our entire product range by 2022. This globally recognised certification demonstrates our safer, more sustainable production methods and processes in the life cycle of our products. Owning our own production puts us in a unique position of being able to control and dictate change at every stage of the design, manufacturing and installation process. Whilst this is a huge undertaking across all aspects of our business in Ireland, the UK and throughout Europe, we understand that real change demands action, no matter how disruptive. We are intent on making a real difference.
By 2023, we also pledge to deliver our own product recycling facilities, enabling end of life products from Ventura production lines to be fully recycled and returned to material cycle. Whilst we realise there is more to do, we are already working hard to minimise wastage in our workshops, re-using offcuts and using responsibly, and where possible, locally sourced materials. Our entire product range is plastic-free, with our packaging now made entirely from recycled materials. We are also looking at reducing our transport impact by creating a carbon-neutral delivery system.
