An eye for beautiful things and a flair for design, our founder Arlene McIntyre set up Ventura in 2005 after years working in the industry. Echoing its namesake, the influence of California’s luxurious West Coast aesthetic can often be seen throughout its projects and product creation.
Arlene is joined by a diverse 50-strong team of artisans, master craftsmen, designers, big dreamers and lateral thinkers. We believe that homes should be more than just comfortable and beautiful – they should be interesting. We travel the globe to source the finest pieces and our cosmopolitan team offers each project a unique perspective. We’ve brought our expertise to private clients, hotels, property developers and estate agents. With Ventura, every home is an adventure.

Leading the UK team, Judith is responsible for driving sales and delivering projects nationwide. Running point on all logistics and operations, Judith works across the B2B and B2C sectors. With a wealth of experience in the bespoke furniture and luxury interiors sector, it is her mission to bring Ventura to every home.
Aris Lazdans
Showroom Manager
Passionate about beautiful design, with over 18 years of experience in the interiors industry, Aris is responsible for running the Chelsea showroom. Having helped launch the showroom in March 2019, Aris is on hand for any queries around products, styling or Ventura’s larger service offering.
Nick Bussoli
Head Of Design UK
A qualified architectural engineer and artist, Nick has over a decade of experience working in the design industry. As Ventura UK’s Head of Design, Nick manages Interior Design projects of all sizes, from individual room renovations to larger scale projects.
Monika Boruch
Trade Account Manager
With a decade of experience working with designers, architects and procurement companies on interior projects across the residential, hospitality and commercial sectors, Monika is responsible for managing Ventura’s trade division.
